Sooooo, if you saw my post last Friday here, you already know what I did this weekend... :-)
Yep, I upgraded the file storage ottoman! After a quick trip to Staples, I had myself a brand spanking new hanging file frame and bright, cheery file folders. And, YES, I do know I get way too excited about organizing things, don't judge... Here is the metal hanging file frame I used:

I had to enlist Hubby to break the rails to the proper length since my hands are giving me so much pain again... The joys of arthritis abound, sigh. That didn't stop me from screwing this thing together and fitting it perfectly into the ottoman:
Easy peasy! Here it is all filled with my sunny new folders:
Emptying the ottoman also gave me the chance to vacuum it out and dispose of some unnecessary items. Of course, I couldn't just use the plain ole' labels that came with the folders, could I?? No way! I grabbed my washi tape collection and went to town:
Just look how happy those files are now! I think my monthly filing will be much more enjoyable from now on, which means my filing may actually BE "monthly" instead of "bi-annually"... LOL!
