Last week I gave you a little tour of our Master Bedroom Makeover here. If you recall, I left you with the view into our en suite bathroom: Well, this is what that little bathroom looked like before (Beware: old, blurry pic)... Basically, this bathroom wasn't too bad. All the basics were OK. We did replace the builder-basic light fixture and faucet and added a towel warming rack. We also frosted the window so we could have the wonderful light of day without our neighbor seeing our skivvies... :-) The counter top is a nice quartz material, I just wish the color was a bit brighter. I just added bright, useful accessories to give the area some life... I decanted my facial cleansing oil and toner into some pretty glass vials and only keep out what I use daily or find particularly beautiful. I used my Silhouette to cut white vinyl labels for the turquoise jars... I know I extolled the joys of having an electric towel drying rack back when I told you about our first house bathroom remodel here, but I have to reiterate. These are the best things EVER! Nothing compares to grabbing a cozy, warm towel after a shower... I did show you how I refreshed our over-the-toilet cabinet here by taking off the doors and adding some pretty paper to the back of the cabinet. This change has worked out great and I have finally stopped jumping when I walk into the bathroom thinking someone left the doors open... Ha! ;-) Notice how I didn't show you the actual toilet in the above photo? Yeah, I know it's a necessary object for us all, but toilets are for sitting, not for gazing... ;-) Hey, I did include the cute vignette on the back of the toilet tank though! Gotta have the Loo Spray...
