It's been an interesting few days for Hubby and I. As I've mentioned before, we have been looking for another house in our area for a few years now. The problem is that the area is VERY small and there are only so many houses that go up for sale in our tight price range. Well, a house just went on the market Friday on the street that we have been wanting to live on for years. Yes, the house is old, needs loads of work and will be an enormous project for us, but we really liked it. AND we love a good challenge! The bidding competition is fierce for this location so we made the best offer possible for us. All we can do now is hope for the best...

The best thought we can have now is that we are currently in a beautiful, comfortable house that needs NO work. If we don't succeed in this endeavor, it just wasn't meant to be, we did our best. We can always wait for another opportunity to present itself!
